1. PROVIDING FREE MAINTENANCE SERVICE WITHIN GUARANTEE PERIOD
If any quality problems occur within guarantee period, Unilumin Sports shall provide free maintenance service. Once the 2-year warranty period expires, Unilumin Sports shall provide a favorable price for maintenance service.
2. FREIGHT COST
Unilumin Sports shall take the single freight cost within the 2-year guarantee period. Once the warranty period expires, Unilumin Sports shall not take any responsibility for freight cost incurred.
3.UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES, UNILUMIN SPORTS SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR EQUIPMENT TROUBLES:
3.1 Unauthorized disassembling or repairing
3.2 Malfunction by misuse
3.3 Warranty period has expired
3.4 Void or broken series number seal tape
4. WARRANTY WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
4.1 Damage due to the users’ misuse;
4.2 Damage due to damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters;
4.3 Malfunction caused by misuse, including unauthorized disassembly, improper testing, etc.;
4.4 Shell damage or components damage in use.
5. COST FOR AFTER-SALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Unilumin Sports will send engineers to help with installation and maintenance guidance, but the client should bear all the expenses incurred for the after-sales technical service, including visa fee, boarding fee, meals, transportation fee and so forth. The client should also take full charge of the engineers’ visa arrangement.
